1. The configuration of the first aid kit can be purchased according to (national standard M281745). Features of the first aid kit: easy to carry, complete rescue equipment, light and compact. First aid kits should be placed next to the workplace.
2. Each first-aid kit must be labeled with a list of necessary supplies and their quantities to facilitate inspection and replenishment.
3. All first aid kits should be fully stocked according to the specified list.
4. There should be a list of all the personnel who have received first-aid training in the factory in the first-aid kit. The standard for first-aid is to provide a first-aid kit for every 100 employees and train a first-aid staff for every 100 employees, or a workshop Training (trainers can be consulted with the local Red Cross).
5. Designated personnel are responsible for regularly checking and supplementing first aid kit supplies.
6. For dangerous operations such as bottom pressing or cutting, a first aid kit should be provided in the work area.
7. The first aid box cannot be locked. If the toolbox is locked, the key must be stored in an easily accessible place, and it must not be controlled by someone who may need to leave the production area. Similarly, night shift personnel must be able to open the first aid kit.
