Usage of medical bandage

The medical bandage is soft and breathable, easy to use and fast, with less dosage, and will not slip and affect the blood circulation. Next, let's look at the use of medical bandages.

1. Put a cotton sleeve or cotton roll on the binding part as a pad, and wrap more cotton sleeves or cotton rolls where pressure needs to be increased or where there are thin and bony.

2. Please wear protective gloves.

3. Before use, open the package, place the polymer (orthopedic synthetic) bandage in water at room temperature (68-77 ° F, 20-25 ° C) for 1-2 seconds, and gently squeeze the bandage to remove excess water.

4. Spiral wrap as required. Each circle overlaps 1/2 or 1/3 of the bandage width. Wrap it tightly but don't use too much force. The shaping is completed at this time. The polymer (orthopedic synthesis) bandage is solidified and formed. It needs to be stationary in the last 30 seconds (that is, to ensure the posture of the shaping surface does not move); 3-4 layers are enough for non load-bearing parts. 4-5 layers of polymer (orthopedic synthetic) bandages can be wrapped around the load-bearing parts. When wrapping, smooth the bandages, so that each layer can be better supported and adhered. Gloves can be used to dip in water and smooth the bandages to achieve better results.

5. The curing time of polymer (orthopedic synthesis) bandage is about 3-5 minutes (depending on the soaking time and water temperature of the bandage). Support can be felt after 20 minutes.
