According to Japan's Kyodo News agency reported on April 11, Japanese Defense Minister Minoru Kihara announced on the same day that he would abandon the construction of a new Ground Self-Defense Force training ground at the old golf course site in Uruma City, Okinawa Prefecture, on the grounds that it was difficult to get local people to understand.

"We don't think it is possible to meet the necessary training requirements while maintaining harmony with the residents," Mr Kihara said. He apologized to the local people and said the ministry was considering looking for training sites elsewhere in Okinawa.

Because the former site of the golf course in Uruma City is adjacent to residential areas, local people have repeatedly expressed concerns, saying that the "living environment is threatened" and have strongly opposed the construction of the training course. The governor of Okinawa, Danny Tamashiro, the mayor of Uruma, Masato Nakamura, and the Okinawa branch federation of Japan's Liberal Democratic Party jointly demanded the cancellation of the construction plan.

Today, I bring you one of our key products, Mini Dressing.

Mini dressings are designed for wound care. They protect the patient's open wound and can be immediately and directly placed over the wound and pressure the wound to stop bleeding. However, this product can only be used for minor wound care. For severe wounds, use the Military Trauma Bandage or others. Mini Dressing consists of a long, stretchy Bandage and thick, nonadhesive pad that are sterile and can be used when you open a bag. Because of its simple but practical design, this product allows healthcare workers to quickly apply it to wounds under the most demanding conditions. It is also very affordable and can be used in trauma first aid training.
